Delivery availability is confirmed before an order is accepted. Some products or destinations may have restrictions due to weight, dimensions or courier coverage.
Delivery charges
Postage costs depend on the items and delivery address. The applicable delivery charge and available services will be shown at checkout or quoted before you commit to an order. We do not currently promise a universal flat-rate or free-delivery threshold.
Dispatch and estimated delivery
Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided when available and confirmed at checkout or before acceptance. Unless we agree a different timeframe, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you about the options available under consumer law.
Tracking and delivery issues
If a tracking reference is provided, use it to follow your parcel. Please contact us promptly if your order is delayed, missing, damaged or incomplete. We remain responsible for goods until delivered to you or someone you have nominated, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Collections and special orders
Collection and special-order arrangements are available only where expressly confirmed before purchase. Please do not travel to the business address for collection without prior agreement.
