Ordering
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance, normally by dispatch confirmation. We will provide an order confirmation by email. Payment methods and the full amount payable, including delivery, will be shown before payment.
Delivery
Available delivery options, charges and estimated times are displayed at checkout or confirmed before purchase. Unless a different period is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days. See our Delivery & Postage Policy.
Cancellations and returns
