Lift-on/lift-off design with a steel hinge pin and three-dimensional adjustment: vertical +4mm, lateral ±5mm, compression ±1mm. Adjustment uses a 5mm Allen key without removing the door leaf. MILA states a maximum sash weight of 80kg with two hinges and testing to 50,000 cycles under load.
Before replacing a hinge, check its 85mm length, fixing positions, door profile, rebate and load requirements. The 100mm iDeal hinge is a different size.
